Tiago Cardoso Mendes is a Multi talented Attacking/Defensive midfielder.
Rumour has it that West Ham Manager, Curbs is now interested in signing Tiago Mendes to build up West Ham’s midfield, an area that the Hammers are suffering a lot of mistakes with existing players.
Tiago is unsettled in Italy since his move last summer to Juventus, and has recently fallen out of favour with Juve team coach Claudio Ranieri.
Tiago is nicknamed ‘The Washing Machine’ after saying the following to the press
“In France they used to call me ‘the washing machine’, because I can manage tricky balls, ‘cleaning’ them and serving them to my teammates,”
that is very true, he is an excellent team player and does serve long accurate balls to his strikers.
Tiago is often used as a Central midfielder at Juventus and during his time at Olympique Lyonnais.
He has a knack for scoring key goals and has the ability to play telling passes. He is also a very capable dribbler.
His international career is very good and is a regular call up to the team, and now has 37 caps.
Tiago would be a great signing for West Ham, they do need a big name if they want to make it to the top of the Premier league, and mendes along with faubert, Parker, bellamy, could be the answer to most Hammer supporters prayers., But with so many rumours going around, its pie in the sky for now.
